Our goal is to provide the finest, most up-to-date dental treatment available while considering your comfort, time, privacy and financial concerns.

Our office is a state-of-the-art facility using only the finest equipment and sterilization methods, and our highly trained staff is dedicated to assuring your comfort as well as meeting your dental and preventive hygiene needs.

Administrative services such as appointments, payment arrangements, and insurance processing are handled expeditiously by our highly experienced administrative staff.

In addition we provide amenities to make your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The Finest Care

We take a comprehensive approach to your examination and care. We thoroughly review your medical and dental histories, completely examine your head and neck and evaluate your periodontal health, individual teeth, occlusion (the bite relationship between upper and lower teeth), and your nutritional status. Additionally, evaluating the cosmetic appearance of your smile is an important component of your total exam. We always keep your primary concerns in mind and begin treatment only after a thorough diagnosis and explanation of all treatment options.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and choose your course of treatment. We can proceed as quickly or slowly as your time and financial considerations allow, always striving to accomplish the highest quality dental care possible.

Restorative Dentistry

We take our responsibility seriously to help our patients achieve good dental health and the confidence that comes with a great smile. Our practice provides a broad range of restorative services from the treatment and repair of broken, infected, or otherwise damaged teeth to the care of the gums, tissue, and bones that support the teeth (periodontal treatment).

We also offer services that many other practices outsource to specialists, such as extractions, implants, and root canal therapy. This allows us to provide you with seamless care for most dental needs in our supportive environment. Listed below are our restorative services.

If you need additional specialist care, we maintain a network of leading, highly qualified New York specialists for referrals.

Protective Crowns and Fixed Bridges

When a tooth is severely damaged, a dental crown acts as a protective cover, strengthening the tooth and reinforcing the remaining tooth structure.

Porcelain Inlays/Onlays

These are used to restore the structural soundness of damaged teeth and take the place of more toxic, less aesthetically pleasing metallic fillings.

Bonding & Tooth Colored Fillings

For small to medium cavities, we use directly placed bonded fillings, which can be completed in one visit, to seal off cavities, protect the nerves of your teeth and strengthen the remaining tooth structure.

Dental Implants

Implants are an ideal solution for patients with missing teeth. An implant typically consists of a titanium cylinder permanently set in the jawbone with a replacement tooth or teeth attached.

Dentures

Replacing one or more teeth couldn't be easier with the multitude of denture alternatives available now. Dentures are also more comfortable than ever and can be more retentive utilizing attachments to implants or a few remaining teeth.

Root Canal Therapy

Infected tissue in the tooth pulp can cause severe pain and eventually lead to tooth loss. Root canal therapy is designed to remove infected tissue and save the tooth.

Extractions and Oral Surgery

When a tooth is decayed or fractured beyond repair or inadequate bone support exists, an extraction may be indicated. Wisdom teeth that cannot be maintained hygienically due to their location or if their position causes forces that move the front teeth out of alignment may need extraction as well.

Treatment of Gum Disease and Halitosis (Bad Breath)

Periodontal disease is characterized by swollen, tender, or bleeding gums. Bad breath is caused by periodontal disease 85% of the time. Early and moderate periodontal disease can be treated with nonsurgical and antimicrobial therapies. Advanced periodontal disease may need some conservative surgical therapy.

Treatment of TMJ Disorders

A misaligned bite, bruxism (teeth grinding), and other factors can put stress on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). TMJ disorders can be the source of a variety of painful symptoms, from headaches to ear and neck pain. However, there are a number of treatment alternatives to reduce discomfort.

Treatment of Sleep Apnea/Snoring

Sleep apnea is blockage of a person's airway, usually when the soft tissue in the rear of the throat collapses and closes during sleep. It is very common among adults. People with untreated sleep apnea stop breathing repeatedly during their sleep, sometimes hundreds of times during the night and often for a minute or longer.

We can and do accept the assignment of benefits from your insurance towards our fees and always make a comfortable financial arrangement for any portions not covered. Monthly interest free payments can be arranged as well. As long as your plan is a PPO plan, we can work with it. If you give our office your insurance information, we can verify that we can work with it.

Dental insurance is not like medical insurance. There is very little difference and benefit to going In-network vs. Out-of-network. Both In and Out of network benefits have definitive annual limits as well as co-payments, depending on the type of work involved.

We are as compassionate about helping our patients afford proper care as we are about the quality of the dentistry that we perform.

Please discuss any concerns that you have with us so that we can creatively help you achieve proper health and be proud of your smile.

If you need an involved course of dental treatment, our office tries to prioritize and treatment plan your needs over time to make the best quality care affordable. In addition, we have various interest free monthly payment plans available to help you, if needed. If you have dental insurance, we can accept the assignment of your benefits towards your fees and then make a comfortable monthly payment plan for portions not covered. We will go out of our way to help you afford the best care possible!
