Schedule Your Appointment Wisely
If you are nervous and fearful about visiting us, be sure to schedule an appointment during a time of the day that is relaxing for you. We want you to be in a state of relaxation and not feeling additional stress or nerves. We would not recommend an appointment after a day of work or during your lunch break. An appointment in the morning or on a day off might be your best option.
Be Mindful of Food Choices
There are certain foods that can increase your heart rate, and that is not ideal when you are trying to be calm. We would suggest holding off on the caffeine and limiting sugar consumption.
Choose a Comfortable Amenity
We offer a number of amenities to help you stay relaxed during your appointment. We have luxuries that you might find at a relaxing spa, such as aromatherapy, neck and back pillows, and even foot massagers. We also suggest listening to your favorite music, audiobook, or podcast to drown out the noises of the office.
